We look to enlist instructors that are qualified or skilled in a specific area of interest. The Instructor should be able to speak English as all our courses will be in English or has a component of English should they be other languages. To approach this instructional methodology is not an easy task. It requires dedication to the model and a true enthusiasm for sharing your acquired skills and experience. We have found my online instructional experience both rewarding and challenging. A vocation we look forward to enjoying for many years to come.
Online instruction format is not for everyone. Our Students/Participants must be dedicated to a level of professionalism that has not been expected in the typical classroom. Time management and challenging assignments are crucial for success in the online environment. Both individual and teamwork skills are tested – the experience is not just an individual effort but can also entail working in teams to solve challenges and assignments.
