A free online course on human trafficking has been developed by a consortium made up of Cross Culture International Foundation CCIF Malta , (Lead partner), Cesie , Reaching Out -Romania https://reaching out.ro and Association for action against trafficking in human beings Open Gate –La Strada Macedonia . The course is part of Project “Youth Workers Key to End Human Trafficking’ funded by European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme.
The designed E -Learning course is an online resource which provides an overview of the issue of modern day slavery. It is aimed at helping all Youth Workers to recognize the signs that someone has been trafficked or at risk or is vulnerable, and to take appropriate action with confidence. It will prepare Youth Workers and staff from the participating organizations to gain required knowledge and skills needed to play a key role in preventing human trafficking in their daily work with youth. It is built up from a survey carried out in the participating partner countries but also provided a general perspective that will make it relevant to Youth Workers and youth in general. This eLearning course is an online resource that seeks to provide an overview of the issue of modern day slavery.

Global picture of human trafficking
Research Report
Introduction for the youth workers to the training programs
Identification of victims of human trafficking
Protection of victims and their rights
The learning process is enforced with selected YouTube and/or links, knowledge tests and reflective exercises.
